Tech Lead

Location: Gurugram

Department: Tech

Experience: 3 to 8 yrs

We are looking for someone who has:

1. Strong algorithm design skills

2. Must have managed / developed at least one product which had multi-million users

3. Experience in Containerization, advanced AWS and infrastructure management

4. Proficiency in fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript

5. Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB

Good to have skills:

1.Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue and React Native.

2.Experience with Devops – Gitlab CI / CD, Ansible, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes

3.Familiarity with Wordpress and its APIs

Candidate Profile:

1. Should understand the web protocols and the whole web stack very well to be able to figure out ingenious ways of solving problems

2. Candidates Should have 3 years of relevant experience

3. Can place themselves in the shoes of the customer and take a view on the product and its UI / UX

4. Enthusiastic person and a strong team player

What will your job look like:

1. End to end management of all the development that takes place in AV portals and building and managing the associated teams

2. Collaborating with product managers to ensure project and product delivery

3. Designing and taking calls for tech architecture of highly scalable systems

4. Researching on open source technologies

5. Conducting code reviews, managing infrastructure and setting up processes

6. Mentoring team members on technologies and current trends

7. Deploying ML algorithms

8. Deployment of AV products at scale on Cloud

9. Required Skills : Algorithms, Django, AWS, Docker, React Native, CI / CD, Postgres 1
