  • Maintain product documentation, including release notes, qualification reports, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and address production inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
  • Monitor WIP and cycle time, providing feedback to operations and engineering teams for process optimization.

You bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in semiconductor NPI, product engineering, data engineering, or manufacturing operations
  • Strong experience analyzing electrical test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, JMP, Excel, or similar) and data visualization/reporting
  • Hands‑on experience working with fabs, OSATs, and cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Solid understanding of IC manufacturing flows, qualification, and production ramp
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive root‑cause analysis and data‑driven decisions
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and effective in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
