Key Responsibilities

1. Understand customers’ applications and collaborate with Sales to recommend suitable solutions and products based on their design requirements.

2. Provide technical support to help customers successfully implement our products and solutions, including schematic and PCB reviews as well as board- and system-level debugging and testing.

3. Proactively build knowledge of the company’s products and deliver related technical training to customer engineers or public audiences.

4. Actively identify customers’ system application requirements and market trends, maintain close communication with internal Marketing and Business Units, and provide timely recommendations for new products or system-level solutions.

5. Work closely with Sales, maintain strong relationships with customers’ engineering and technical teams, and develop account growth strategies.

6. Coordinate internal technical resources to respond quickly to customers’ complex and diverse technical needs, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and accelerate business growth.

2. 为推进客户顺利使用我们的产品或者方案提供技术支持，包括协助审查原理图、PCB及协助单板、系统级别的调试与测试

3. 积极学习公司的产品知识，并对客户工程师或公众进行相关产品的技术培训

4. 积极了解客户的系统应用需求及市场发展趋势，并同公司内部Marketing和Business Unit保持密切沟通，适时提出新产品或者系统解决方案的开发建议

5. 与Sales紧密合作，同客户的工程技术人员保持良好的人际关系，并制定针对该客户的发展策略

6. 积极协调组织公司内部技术资源以快速响应客户复杂多样的技术需求，不断提升客户满意度以实现更快的生意增长

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, communications, computer science, or a related field.

2. Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits and circuit theory.

3. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, HDL, MATLAB, or Python. Experience in system-level software and hardware debugging is preferred.

4. Familiarity with commonly used AI models; experience using AI tools for research, engineering, or project development is preferred.

5. Self-motivated with strong self-management skills.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Good coordination and organizational skills.

8. Willingness to travel within North China to support different customers.

9. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

1. 电子电气类、自动化、通信、计算机或相关专业应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历

2. 具有扎实的模拟、数字电路知识及电路理论知识功底

3. 掌握并熟练应用以下编程语言之一：C，C++, HDL, MATLAB, Python，具有系统级（软件+硬件）调试经验优先

4. 熟悉常用AI模型，有使用AI工具完成科研、工程或者项目开发经验者优先；

5. 自我驱动、自我管理型人格

6. 乐于与人沟通并有较强的表达能力

7. 具备良好的协调组织能力

8. 愿意在华北地区出差支持不同客户

9. 熟练使用英语进行听说读写
