The Business Intelligence and Analytics team is responsible for the valuation of TQM projects and how these projects contribute to the Benchmark Plan (BMP) and the organization's overall goals.  The Engineer is also in charge of defining functional metrics that are relevant and aligned to the department's activities and, at the same time, supporting the high-level metrics. In addition, the Engineer also generates and presents easy-to-digest reports, performance measures, and trends that inform management decisions through newsletters, white papers, or research studies.  These studies cover simulation, statistical analysis, and other project management tools.  The Engineer also organizes the TQM plus round reviews and the annual festivals.  The results of the BIR and technical reviews are collated and analyzed for continuous improvement, specifically in attaining the BMP metrics and using the TQM methodologies. 

Education Background: BS Industrial Engineering and related courses

Experience: 0-6 months experience
