Brief Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering organization. This role requires a strong background in enterprise application development, cloud-based systems, and modern JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable solutions, troubleshooting complex systems, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to support critical initiatives aligned with our 2026 roadmap while helping strengthen technical excellence and team cohesion.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
- Deploy, operate, and support cloud-based applications in AWS environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Support production systems, including monitoring and incident resolution.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development and troubleshooting experience.
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript development.
- Experience deploying and operating cloud-based applications in AWS or equivalent environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with enterprise-level applications.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
