Amplify is seeking an experienced project manager to lead all project aspects on initiatives that enable customers to seamlessly engage with Amplify throughout the customer journey. This individual will collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, individual contributors, and subject matter experts to define project scope, document requirements, identify risk, support change, produce project artifacts, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

This role collaborates closely with the Customer Experience teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that support strategic business objectives. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, ability to put the customer perspective first, and a mindset focused on data and efficiency are essential for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects to deliver process and customer experience improvement goals.

  • Build strong and trusting relationships with partners and stakeholders. Actively listen, give, and receive constructive feedback. Facilitate and drive discussions during work sessions.

  • Collaborate across the organization to define project scope, complete project deliverables, and manage deadlines with efficiency

  • Build and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, documentation, communication templates, etc. with an excellent attention to detail.

  • Coordinate meetings related to project execution with tact and diplomacy, facilitating decision-making and change to drive goals forward.

  • Work to continuously improve efficiency of internal processes and quality of customer experience.

  • Track and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, mitigations, and scope changes with the team and stakeholders.

  • Tailor information for audiences and confidently communicate decision-making rationale to team members. 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4 years of project management experience managing complex projects

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Experience communicating with and presenting to key stakeholders

  • Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet.

  • Experience with Google Suite. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience working in the education technology field

  • Experience developing customer communications and/or direct customer interactions

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $80,000 - $87,000.
