What you will do 

As the Health Technology Senior Associate, you will be part of our Value, Access and Policy expertise team in our Dutch Affiliate. As part of a team of 3 Real World Data and Technology specialists, you will  drive the integration and optimization of health technologies, supporting our franchise teams in using data and digital tools for patient support and strategic decision-making. Your role will enable improved utilization of decision support tools and seamless integration with healthcare platforms, helping to shape our technology-driven approach to patient care. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Driving health technology projects that enhance patient support, technology use, and data-driven recommendations. 
• Supporting franchise teams in digital technology experiments and advising on health technology possibilities. 
• Providing insights and analyses that result in strategic and tactical improvements. 
• Designing projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating closely with senior managers on complex initiatives.

• Expertise in data analytics, digital health technologies, platforms, and interoperability. 
• Confirmed experience in managing and delivering health technology projects, ideally in a commercial or healthcare setting. 
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. 
• Strategic thinking and the ability to manage time and budgets effectively within project settings. 
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), and collaboration platforms. 
• Fluency in English and at least a B1 level in Dutch (professional proficiency) are mandatory.
