Senior Associate Project Management Levant (Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven caliber to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering quality results within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

•  Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress

• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met

Resource Allocation

• Identify and allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance

• Monitor team workload and adjust assignments as necessary to meet project deadlines

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively

• Conduct regular risk assessments and update stakeholders on any significant changes

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within project processes

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; analyze project data to identify areas for improvement

• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders

Budget Management

• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial constraints

• Monitor expenses and resource utilization and provide recommendations for cost optimization

Team Leadership

• Fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment

• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Participate in the development and refinement of project management methodologies and tools

• Contribute to lessons learned sessions post-project to enhance future project execution

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or a similar certification is preferred

- +3 years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in project management software & tools

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

- Strong business acumen and cross functional collaboration skills
