Job Description

Reporting to the Surveillance Centre Supervisor, the Video Surveillance Agent is responsible for monitoring company facilities, handling incoming alarms and calls, and conducting video analysis as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor company facilities using video surveillance systems;
• Perform basic checks of video surveillance equipment;
• Create and manage access controls;
• Receive, manage and route telephone calls;
• Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals;
• Alert and coordinate emergency services when required;
• Prepare required reports;
• Work closely with investigators and conduct video analysis as needed.

Qualifications

To join our team :

• You are available to work various shifts, including day, evening and night shifts;
• You hold a BSP – Electronic Security Systems licence, or are willing to complete the required training after being hired;
• Security experience is an asset;
• You are bilingual in French and English;
• You hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
