  • Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to prioritize new requests, maintain data continuity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data flows meet marketing and customer expectations.
  • Implement and own QA processes for flawless email deployment, aligning every deliverable with compliance standards, brand guidelines, and risk controls.
  • Lead day-to-day execution in SFMC, from email and journey deployments to optimizing intake processes for cross-functional requests and managing stakeholder alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Analytical & Curious Mindset: Analytical thinker with a “figure it out” mentality who asks the right questions and digs deep to find root causes.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with SFMC (or similar ESPs), particularly in audience segmentation, Journey Builder, and conditional logic.
  •  Data Proficiency: Deep understanding of data architecture and attribute persistence, with a knack for troubleshooting and system integration.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success in driving efficient processes, identifying risk, and minimizing operational errors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority, with strong communication skills to explain data intricacies in clear terms.
