How will you make an impact in this role?

You will be Joining an expanding India-based Financial Crimes Know Your Customer Technologies team. In this role will be leading an energetic team based in Gurgaon, focused on delivering on key business critical capabilities in support of the  enterprise driven KYC refresh roadmap.

Scope of Impact/Influence:

• People leader for a high functioning team of B30 Gurgaon based engineers
• Leads and mentors teams of engineers through ongoing development efforts
• Responsible for delivering on key business capabilities to progress the KYC refresh roadmap
• Accountable for leading a team and the delivery of high-quality work

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with systems analysis/programming, incorporating design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering
• Experience and strong understanding of Java and Kotlin Technologies within a Microservices architecture
• Experience and understanding of associated systems and supporting frameworks – version control, build automation, test automation, and ideally containers and container orchestration
• Experience of relational databases, API use and design, and messaging, ideally with experience of Apache Kafka
• Practical application using Agile or other rapid application development methods
• Ideally will have previous formal people-leadership responsibilities
• University degree or equivalent experience
