How will you make an impact in this role?
The Digital Workplace (DW) organization within American Express is responsible for making Amex one of the world’s best companies for colleagues to work for via predictive, personalized, and easy-to-use technology experiences for all colleagues. The team supports a portfolio of communications, collaboration, and productivity tools on desktop and mobile for colleagues globally, whether they are working onsite, hybrid or fully virtual.
The Product Management Strategic Partnerships team within DW is focused on empowering colleagues to work better, smarter and faster by enabling DW to deliver products/features that are easy to use and are informed by evolving colleague needs.
Our DW product teams benefit from understanding how our tools intersect with the people who use them every day, our colleagues. Education and product resources are essential to providing colleagues with a great user experience across the DW product portfolio. This role will drive strategies and develop programs for a global product education program, creating curriculums, consistency in content, and upskilling those delivering training. Given that there are other internal organizations that support the same colleague base, collaboration across all colleague-facing tools will help ensure that we collectively are providing the best possible colleague experience.
In this role, the Project Manager will:
- Own and build education curriculum for the DW product portfolio.
- Govern the product resources & templates used across DW
- Partner with global training leads across our servicing partners to provide consistent instructor led-training
- Respond to questions and troubleshoot colleague challenges with products via learning channels
- Analyze data and metrics from learning to build dashboards and make recommendations on how to increase engagement and show impact
- Create and manage metrics to report on program usage and participant sentiment
- Partner with stakeholders to own and produce communications based on needs
- Learn about the needs of colleagues and build creative solutions to support learning & development
- Understand the importance of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility within our tools
- Work adjusted hours to overlap with our global colleague base
Minimum Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience with project management
- Experience with product training, user guide creation and/or customer targeting and segmentation
- Passionate about learning & development and customer success
- Relationship management and interacting daily with colleagues and leaders
- Self-starter with high level of accountability and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, open-ended challenges
- Effective communicator, adept with communication at all levels
- Experience with creating and managing detailed processes
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Outstanding at problem-solving and project management capabilities
- Understanding of current technologies and digital landscape is a plus but not essential
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
