Job Role –: Workday Developer (2+ Years of Experience)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Workday Developer to enhance and support our Workday environment with expertise in configuration, integrations, and reporting to streamline HR and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
  • Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate on requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and document configurations and integrations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years of Workday development experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
  • Strong understanding of HR and finance processes.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Agile, version control (Git), and excellent analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and JavaScript/Java/Python.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
