Job Summary:
Seeking a Full Stack Developer with 2 years of experience in front-end and back-end development. This role involves building and maintaining web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and smooth user experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop secure, scalable web applications using Python, Node.js, and Java.
  • Build both front-end and back-end components, and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.
  • Optimize databases for performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow agile practices.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Java, Python (Django/Flask), front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM tools, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or equivalent.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps (Jenkins, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of Agile, ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
 
Must-Have Qualities:
  • Leadership skills, adaptability, and a quick learning ability.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and JavaScript/Java/Python.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
