Role OverviewWe’re building something exciting in Kraków — a new Integrated Delivery Solutions team (IDS) focused on delivering world-class Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) engineering solutions. We're looking for passionate professionals at all levels to join our growing team. This is your chance to work on some of the world’s most exciting nuclear and energy projects; from Small and Advanced Modular Reactor technologies to renewable energy and high-energy industrial projects.We know that great candidates come with a variety of backgrounds and strengths. What We’re Looking For - Core Skills (experience in one or more is welcome):

• Roads, drainage, and infrastructure design

• Site development, grading, and utility layout

• Construction documentation and permitting

• Building design and detailing (CAD 2D/3D, BIM, Tekla, reinforcement)

• Structural analysis and design (steel, concrete, foundations)

• Architectural technology and space planning

• Strong quality mindset

• Familiarity with tools such as SYNCHRO, BIM platforms, STAAD.Pro, Robot Structural Analysis

• Specialist/Niche Expertise (not required, but great if you have it):

• Fire engineering and safety

• Seismic analysis (SSI), PSHA

• CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)

• Export controls

• Landscape architecture

• Acoustics

• 4D sequencing and digital modeling

• Sustainable design (LEED/BREEAM)

• Facade engineering and detailing

• Parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo)

• Clash detection and coordination (Navisworks)

• Digital twin development

• Data-driven design and parametric modelling (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo)
