The Software Systems Design Engineering team fosters and encourages continuous technical innovation to showcase successes as well as facilitate continuous career development.      THE PERSON:   We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional with expertise in data analytics, database development, and front-end GUI design to join our team. As a multi-talented developer, you will be responsible for managing complex data systems, creating insightful analytics, and designing user-friendly web applications for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, an eye for design, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs, database requirements, and user interface goals. Analyze large datasets, create data models, and present findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI). Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support business needs, optimizing query performance and data retrieval. Develop responsive and user-friendly web and mobile applications with modern UI/UX design principles. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security by developing and implementing data quality measures and governance processes. Work closely with back-end developers and data engineers to integrate front-end interfaces with server-side back-end logic. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6+ years of combined experience in data analytics, database management, and front-end development. Proficiency in SQL and front-end languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI) and front-end frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, React, or AngularJS). Strong understanding of relational database technologies (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) and data modeling techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of mobile app development and cloud-based database solutions is a plus. Strong knowledge of Data science and ML Knowledge would be a plus. Strong analysis, problem-solving & interpersonal skills. Good verbal & written communication skill is a must. Good attitude, result-driven & ability to deliver on next-gen technology.
