Lead Front-end SoC Design team in India for AMD flagship Instinct GPU SoC. 

# Lead Front end SoC team. Lead execution for SoC Front-end function from uArch till Netlist for complex SoCs. Should be in similar complexity role as Director. 

# Act as the primary SoC interface across: IP teams, SoC architecture, Firmware and software, Platform, packaging, and test teams Ensure bidirectional requirement closure between SoC and partner teams Execution
# Deliver micro‑architecture and execute SoC RTL construction
# Drive IP integration, including Clock/Reset, UPF, pad ring, and SoC pervasive logic
# Own SoC sanity DV, CDC/RDC, lint, low‑power checks, RTL cleanup, ECOs, and formality sign‑off
# Cross‑Functional Technical Leadership
# Drive FCR/ECR reviews, analyze technical impact, and align with SoC DV, PD, and DFT leads, Own PPA targets for the SoC, Lead constraint and timing convergence reviews, and sign‑off readiness
# Review and sign off Fuse Documentation (FuseDoc) and boot code
# Review and approve SoC DV test plans and coverage strategy
# Bring‑Up and Post‑Silicon Support
# Serve as the SoC technical interface during chip bring‑up, post‑silicon debug, issue triage, and root‑cause analysis support

#20+ years of experience in Frontend with leadership at senior manager or director level.
