- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Bee team as a Member of Technical Staff, reporting directly to the Bee General Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional hardware experiences for our upcoming ambient personal device.
What You'll Do
Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Bee team and Lab126 to deliver best-in-class hardware experiences
Own end-to-end program management for hardware development initiatives, from concept through launch
Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to define requirements, timelines, and success metrics
Identify and mitigate risks across hardware development cycles
Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders aligned
Drive technical decision-making and trade-offs to balance quality, schedule, and resource constraints
Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure seamless production readiness
