- 5+ years of satellite communications ground systems and operations experience
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs
- Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience with AI/ML tools for program optimization and predictive analytics
- Proficiency with scripting (Python, SQL) and workflow automation tools
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or experience with architecture or system engineering

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). As a Senior TPM for an Satellite Communication System, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs for Amazon's LEO satellite constellation, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical satellite communication systems from development through full-rate production and on-orbit operations. This role focuses on optical inter-satellite link systems, navigation sensor functionality, and integrated satellite communications infrastructure that will deliver high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.
This role requires exceptional leadership working across multiple-functional teams in satellite hardware, flight software, ground services, network operations, and mission operations disciplines. You will translate strategic system requirements into executable roadmaps that deliver innovative solutions for LEO satellite communications at scale.
