- 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or degree in advanced technology
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience with Data & Core AI/ML, deep learning, GenAI/LLMs, RAG systems and architecture, Agentic AI and autonomous systems
- Design, leading and implementing POC for AI solutions with customers
- Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Spanish & English
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database schema
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Proficiency in frameworks of GenAI and emerging technologies (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Strands Agents, Kiro and other frameworks of Agentic AI) from AWS or similar.

This includes hands-on experience with large language model customization and fine-tuning, inference optimization, agentic frameworks, GenAIOps/AgentOps, security, RAG systems optimization and vector stores, and prompt engineering.
