- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
- 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Are you passionate about using AI and automation to transform how work gets done at scale? The Audits Insights Team (AIT) is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to drive automation and AI initiatives that will reshape audit operations. You'll own the roadmap of automation programs.

This role sits at the intersection of evolving technology and operational impact. You will partner with engineering, and data science teams to architect scalable solutions that eliminate manual effort, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Working cross-function Engineering, and Product teams, you'll translate ambiguous business challenges into executable program roadmaps. You communicate progress, align on priorities, and make compelling cases for resource allocation. Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end roadmap of automation programs across AIT, managing all stages from concept and requirements gathering through architecture review, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to define technical requirements, evaluate architecture trade-offs, and ensure solutions meet scalability, reliability, and performance standards
- Drive cross-function alignment with multiple teams including Engineering, and Product to deliver integrated solutions that achieve organizational goals
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps with clear success metrics, proactively identify risks and dependencies, create mitigation plans, and communicate progress to leadership
- Influence technical priorities and strategy through data-driven analysis, streamline processes to increase team productivity, and establish program management best practices that set a high bar for the organization

A day in the life
You'll drive AI and automation initiatives across AIT, working closely with science and product teams to build transformation roadmaps that deliver long-term efficiencies. Your day includes leading design reviews with partner engineering teams to ensure solutions meet audit operation needs, writing documents to guide senior leadership on project decisions, and organizing automation program reviews that keep stakeholders aligned on progress. You'll ask probing questions to test assumptions, clear blockers before they impact timelines, and ensure every action item has a clear owner and delivery date.

About the team
The Audits and Insights team (AIT) – Audit program measures accuracy of enforcements, appeals ,reinstatement and other actions decisions through audits on a statistically significant sample across Seller Partner Trust, Trustworthy Shopping Experience, Selling Partner Risk, Buyer Risk Prevention and Small and Medium Business. We perform audits and generate actionable insights from our audits to improve policies, SOPs, Tools to enhance the Seller and Buyer experience.
