- Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong emphasis on process development.
- Expertise in Cpk/Capabilities analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process optimization.

- Experience with process development and improvement techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600/year in our highest geographic market. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production.
- Conduct Cpk and capabilities analysis to assess process performance, production trends, and implement solutions to improve yield and throughput.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing and improving manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Develop and update detailed process documentation, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to transition new products from concept to production.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimization techniques.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in process development and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
