The base pay for this position ranges from $175,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302,900/year in our highest geographic market. Kuiper is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Plant Fulfillment Leader with a strong background in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing cross value stream fulfillment operations within our manufacturing plant. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of products to our customers. Key job responsibilities
Reporting to the Sr. Manufacturing Plant Manager, the Sr. Manager Plant Fulfillment will be a key participant on the production leadership team, will own cross value-stream fulfillment operations for Kuiper Manufacturing, and will have significant visibility at the senior leadership level. This role will focus on enabling production at scale to meet the demands of the Kuiper constellation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single threaded owner for driving cross value stream execution coordination within Kuiper's satellite manufacturing plant
- Lead and manage a team that includes production coordinators, schedulers, and expeditors
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure timely and accurate production and material movement between production lines
- Coordinate between production, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant fulfillment processes
- Embody Amazon's Leadership Principles to achieve and sustain operational excellence
- Participate as a key member of the production leadership team
Export Control Requirement:
