Amazon business is developing infrastructure aggressively to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area. In this context, Amazon business team is looking for an experienced leader in China, to oversee a sizable program ops team to support our business growth in US, EU and JP marketplace by diving deep into CN B2B seller’s experience, identifying key pain points, influencing global team to improve CN B2B seller experience and defining key features & policy Go-to-market strategy locally. The ideal candidate is a seasoned senior level manager with a background in ecommerce and affiliated industries, and a reputation for hiring and developing the best talent. S/he will have a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing clients’ needs/perspectives to the various global stakeholders. The candidate in this role will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with a history of driving process & strategy implementation. S/he will have a strong track record of supporting business initiatives, tactics, plans, processes, and programs. S/he will thrive in a fast paced dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment and insist on the highest standards. S/he will need to be experienced in product management and development, strong influencer and effective in communication in both written and verbal to VP and SVP level


Key job responsibilities
• Identify unique selection opportunity and work with business team design recruitment strategy based on Customer needs;
• Understand unique local Seller needs and selling friction, which is instrumental for streaming global selling experience for new Seller segment with partnership of global/marketplace teams;
• Work autonomously to improve local Seller Experience through lobbying internal partner teams (local business team/Asia PMO/global product);
• Formulate business strategy into AB via developing comprehensive operation plan to improve implementation efficiency;
• Build and lead a high-performing Amazon team by hiring talents, developing strong leaders, cultivating Amazon culture and fostering a productive, and learning work environment in a diversify organization covering multiple Seller origins.
• Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders.
• Capable to drive and conduct VP and SVP level conversation.
