Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. You will be expected to be proficient technically, mentor and grow junior developers, encourage software development best practices, and iterate quickly.
