* Design, test, and pilot new initiatives from scratch within strict timelines, owning them end-to-end from concept to measurable results
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures that optimize daily operations for each fulfillment process

* Travel 30–50% of the time to support network-wide implementation
A day in the life
You'll navigate problems with ambiguity, finding the right path forward — identifying short-term fixes while working towards long-term solutions. You'll need flexibility to reassess priorities and solve problems at short notice. Leveraging your subject knowledge, you'll identify and pursue tactical and strategic opportunities with business partners both within and outside your organization, bridging the gap between operations and technology teams to deliver reliable systems that help fulfill customer shipments on time and free of defects.
About the team
(ACES) Team is responsible for driving step-change improvements in the performance of Amazon’s European Operations from vendor through to customer. We work backwards from the customer and define new innovative solutions that raise the bar on customer experience and speed whilst constantly lower our cost of fulfilment and supporting our continued high growth.
