Solutions Architect Intern

· Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Math, EE or Stactics
· Hands-on experience in Python and/or C++ and/or Java
· Designing, running, and analyzing codes
· Communication and presentation skills
· Problem solving ability

· Publication related works or experiences in algorithm competitions
· Contributions to open source projects
· Experience with LLM/VLM/NLP/Machine Learning
· Familiar with Cloud technologies, especially in GPU/Storage/Machine Learning tools
· Previous internships

AI Field Lab at Amazon Web Services (AWS) welcomes internship applications in the area of GenAI in production, LLM training/finetuning and architecture optimization. We are a Beijng-Shanghai-Shenzhen based team of consisting applied scientists and developers working on GenAI solutions. We accelerate customer innovation through field AI co-works by, for example, vertical GenAI, model aggregation and business integration. We innovate in fundamental directions, while being guided by real customer journeys and growth requirements.

An internship with us will give you a unique experience of how current state-of-the-art GenAI workloads is invented and shaped to meet the needs of applying GenAI technologies in real customer growth.

Your responsibilities:
o Understand our business problem and evaluate your GenAI solution accordingly

o Collaborate with Scientists and pave the way of bringing your solution into production systems

o Communicate and document your development according to the high standards, preferably with external scientific contributions
o Work together with team member and customers to customize vertical models to business workloads

We focus on LLM, GenAI, Inference optimization, industry domain models and open models. Please include your academic transcript in your CV.
