- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Launching new products in market is a risky proposition with probable failure rates as high as 80%. The R&D investment required to launch a new product has increased 4x the cost of five years ago. Despite the high risk, brands are stuck with outdated and expensive insights that limits their ability to launch products quickly and efficiently. Also, there are various defects reported by the customers in their feedback and brands are not sure which is the more critical and priority to be addressed first to boost their product rating. Amazon’s Product Insights platform is attempting to solve these intricate problems and help brands improve their revenue and product rating.

RBSTech team is looking for a Senior SDE to build ML powered solutions to deliver impactful and actionable insights to our brands. You will architect simple and elegant seller and brands facing features with complex data and ML based systems behind them. You will lead implementation of multiple projects ensuring timelines are met and requirements are delivered with quality.

As Sr SDE, you will work with talented peers of SDEs and Applied scientists to build robust engineering platforms to solve high impact issues. You will constantly stretch the boundaries of innovation to tackle the business challenges.
