The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The CIT team is responsible for developing software and services that enable knowledge management and collaborative intelligence solutions for AWS customers and worldwide teams like Solutions Architects and Professional Services. Our goal is to empower customers with the right information at the right time through seamless human-AI collaboration.
You will work across the full stack, from front-end UIs to back-end services and databases, utilizing a variety of languages and frameworks like Java, Python, Ruby, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, and React. Experience with machine learning technologies is a plus.
As an Software engineer on the team, you will:
- Drive the full development lifecycle for critical projects, defining requirements, architectures, and quality standards.
- Own the delivery of entire complex system components or applications from end-to-end.
- Design innovative software solutions for ambiguous, open-ended problems by architecting interactions between components and systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and drive best practices for software development within the team.
