The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives including infrastructure migrations and platform improvements.
Build and scale engineering teams through effective hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
Drive prioritization across workstreams, balancing stability with feature development.
Partner with product, security, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing AI features.
Establish mechanisms for cross-team coordination, integration testing, and engineering excellence.
Own relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on technical roadmap.
