Description
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 4+ years of full stack development experience
- Experience building applications on React Native, or Native iOS/Android.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and related libraries/frameworks
- Solid understanding of design principles, patterns, and best practices

The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Amazon Music Search is looking for an experienced Full Stack engineer who has experience in Mobile software development in our SFO office. You will have the opportunity to work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to innovate, measure, analyze and refine the search experiences we deliver to our music listeners across the planet on a daily basis. Our roles are all well defined, but we encourage individuals to cross boundaries and learn from each other. The ideal candidate will have strong design and implementation experience across front-end and back-end architectures, with demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers.
