- 5+ years of program or project management experience

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.

Key job responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will:
- Define strategies & create execution plan with local, international, and global teams to drive adoption and revenue growth for the Global Store business.
- Think big and invent new ways to improve Global Store CX, locally and internationally
- Bring analytical horsepower, AI & Excel skills and a deep curiosity about how things work
- Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance
- Have strong interpersonal skills, able to influence remote teams, both tech and non-tech
- Possess highly advanced project management skills
- Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment

A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on growing the AU Global Store business by working across multiple teams and geographies. You might start your day analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improving the shopping experience, then move into strategy sessions with local and international teams to plan how to expand our product offerings. You'll collaborate with colleagues in search, customer experience, vendor management, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, legal, and compliance to bring the best of Amazon's global selection to Australian customers. Throughout the day, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, whether that's developing execution plans, troubleshooting challenges, or presenting business results to senior leadership.
