Software Development Engineer

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. As an SDE II on the Workforce Planning team, you will design and develop scalable solutions that address Amazon's workforce planning challenges. You'll take ownership of key features and services, collaborating across teams to implement data-driven solutions for organizational planning and workforce optimization. You should be able to break down complex problems, mentor junior developers, and drive technical implementations in a fast-paced environment
