Quality Data Analyst, Amazon Customer Excellence System

- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.
- 2+ years experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years experience writing VBA and using macros in Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years experience in SQL, Tableau and Python
- 2+ years experience conducting data analysis (dealing with large complex data)
- 2+ years experience extracting and processing data using SQL
- B1, Basic - Intermediate English Level

- Experience using data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Experience conducting advanced statistical analysis (skilled in using one or more of R/SPSS/SAS/Python and etc.)
- Software development experience / Coding knowledge
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- Strong documentation skills, ensuring that code and SQL queries are well-documented and easily understandable by other team members
- 1 year of experience in modern web development including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript frameworks (Angular JS, React, Backbone.js etc.)

The person in this role will identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in our Fulfillment Centers and eventually Sort Centers and Delivery Stations across Mexico. The complexity of research and skills for the position is well beyond basic data entry and research. It involves complex analysis and diving deep into key metrics based on requests, building and maintaining multiple databases, extensive knowledge of software applications to create tools, and understanding of multiple programming languages. Key job responsibilities
- Provide data management processes, organizing data and designing reports and dashboards that present status-at-a-glance visualization for process performance
- Retrieve and analyze large sets of data using Excel, SQL, or QuickSight in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage processes and make effective decisions
- Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies
