- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

As a Program Manager II, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to tackle ambiguous problems in last mile logistics. You'll leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify systemic issues, develop strategic solutions, and execute programs that enhance routing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a role where your ability to earn trust, deliver results, and dive deep into technical details will directly shape the future of last mile delivery.

Key job responsibilities
Manage and prioritize program life-cycles for last mile routing initiatives, often complex and cross-functional, delivering projects that achieve goals impacting multiple organizations
Dive deep into last mile technical systems to identify root causes, analyze performance data, and develop strategic action plans that drive long-term defect reduction and operational improvements
Define new programs focused on routing optimization, set clear objectives, analyze technical and operational data, and drive measurable improvements quantified with key performance indicators
Collaborate tactically with product, engineering, operations, and logistics teams to deliver routing solutions, applying relevant tools and mechanisms to drive and measure progress
Communicate program status to all stakeholders including through regular business reviews, proactively escalate blockers, and accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions

A day in the life
You'll start by monitoring routing performance metrics and identifying trends that impact delivery efficiency. Throughout the day, you'll partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues in last mile systems, collaborate with operations to understand field challenges, and work with stakeholders to align on priorities. You'll facilitate decision-making by presenting data-driven insights to leadership, clear blockers for your teams, and drive consensus on solutions. You'll also dedicate time to strategic planning, defining program roadmaps that address systemic routing challenges and improve the customer delivery experience.
