About the Role - Program Management:

RBS VSP (Vendor Success Program) team is looking for a Program Manager to drive the Deals program for Amazon Retail US vendors. In this role, you will be expected to partner with Amazon Retail, Category, and Vendor Management teams to identify deal opportunities, optimize deal selection and submission processes, and own E2E deal program execution by collaborating with Business, Tech, and partner Amazon teams. You will also be responsible for scaling deal mechanisms across multiple vendor cohorts and product categories, driving WW parity of deal programs, and maximizing vendor participation in high-value events.

Key success factors for this role will be to drive meaningful deal coverage and conversion rates that deliver GMS growth for vendor partners, improve deal selection quality through data-driven frameworks, lower operational overhead for VSP Account Management teams, and enhance vendor experience in deal participation.

You will utilize a wide range of analytical and program management skills to drive deal performance, identify gaps in deal pipelines, perform root cause analysis on deal rejections, and develop scalable solutions that improve deal attach rates and revenue outcomes.

This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on transactional but business-critical deal activities, including ASIN selection optimization, deal pricing guidance, deal calendar management, and vendor education on deal mechanisms.

This role requires employees to work from our Amazon BLR office. (RTO)

Contribute to VSP Deals strategy; identify metrics that drive growth and improve vendor experience in collaboration with Retail, Category, and Promotions teams.
Manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined. Make trade-offs between short-term deal volume and longer-term deal quality and vendor profitability.

Relationship Management
Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders (AMs, Category Leaders); serve as trusted advisor on deal mechanisms.
Monitor VSAT/NPS feedback trends related to deal experience. Establish improvement plans with Account Managers as appropriate.
Process Excellence
Analyse deal metrics (rejection rates, pricing compliance, deal OPS) to develop programs accelerating deal-driven growth. Spot inefficiencies and simplify.
Identify and scale improvements benefiting large vendor sets — driving efficiencies through tools, simplifying SOPs, automating ASIN qualification workflows. Develop mechanisms to create accountability.
