Program Manager, Transportation Controllership

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Major Responsibilities:
- Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in accurately estimating freight cost for Global 3P transportation business.
- Create a “learn by doing” environment by engaging with operations and finance team to promote and encourage continued customer focus and cost reduction
- Work with technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
- Analyze and solve business problems at their root
- Statistical analysis models to predict bad behaviors in system and correcting it through solutions
- Data driven decision making in ambiguous situations
- Perform detailed analysis of operations and technology by identifying trends. Should be able to scope the impact and opportunities to scale
- Developing metrics for continuous tracking of process improvement and helping the leadership for data based fast decision making
- Simplifying operational and financial complexities through innovative long term solutions
