- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

MR Planning team keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly while managing costs effectively. Intracity Planning team specifically focuses on planning intracity trips for both short-term and long-term forecasted demand. The team is deeply motivated by the complex challenge of balancing network performance with cost efficiency, leading us to constantly innovate and simplify our processes. You'll be joining a collaborative environment where we tackle complex logistics challenges while working closely with various operational teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Project management experience Stakeholder management experience Data-driven decision making Transportation/logistics knowledge preferred Key job responsibilities Drive optimization in trip planning for forecasted demand. Support automation initiatives to manage large-scale vehicle fleet operations. Improve cost metrics while ensuring network performance. Scale planning programs and related initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement planning solutions.
