Program Manager

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software

We're seeking a Program Manager to join our team and take ownership of high-impact initiatives that span product development, program execution and network performance. You'll work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to execute programs that matter—simplifying complex processes, improving planning metrics, and driving cost efficiencies.

You'll closely work with product teams, technical leaders, and operations partners to deliver measurable results. Key job responsibilities
1)Transform raw ideas into clear project documentation including project charters, statements of work, responsibility matrices, and implementation plans that drive alignment across stakeholders
2)Execute strategic programs and initiatives by establishing milestones, assigning responsibilities, and developing launch schedules to ensure timely delivery while identifying and resolving roadblocks
3)Collaborate with product teams on technical initiatives and operations teams to improve network performance, working backward from customer needs to define requirements and incorporate stakeholder context into project plans
4)Drive process improvements by analyzing data patterns, distinguishing between important and urgent priorities, and implementing solutions that simplify workflows and reduce costs
5)Monitor project health through success metrics and status reporting, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience at the right time while managing stakeholder communications and expectations


A day in the life
You'll start your day collaborating with product teams on technical initiatives, diving into metrics to identify improvement opportunities. You'll facilitate cross-functional meetings with operations and surface teams, working to enhance network performance and streamline processes. Throughout the day, you'll balance detailed execution work—updating project documentation, tracking milestones, resolving dependencies—with strategic discussions about cost optimization and planning improvements. You'll connect with stakeholders across the organization, translating complex requirements into actionable plans while keeping everyone aligned on goals and timelines.
