- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

You will perform investigations and deep dives into existing processes to facilitate enrollment of new brands, trademarks, users and benefits into our program. This role will support intellectual property verification efforts, research and audits aligned with the vision of creating the world’s authoritative brand data store and the perfect brand interaction. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to establish new standards and guidelines to improve the brand experience on Amazon. As advocates for brands, you will be an essential part of a creating testing mechanisms where we will iterate, learn and eventually scale experiences that will provide the perfect support experience for our brands. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies, processes and tools to address product integrity challenges in collaboration with teams across Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a background in program management, have investigative prowess, experience building relationships with internal and external teams, and the ability to deliver results. The person must be flexible and action-oriented, capable of dealing with ambiguity, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct deep dives and investigations on existing processes
- Develop, review, publish standard operating procedures that impact multiple programs
- Identify trends to influence and drive improvements to programs
- Develop creative methods and process for improving core metrics based on process improvement findings
- Provide support for the most complex engagements
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around brand services



Key job responsibilities
- Creating and organizing standard operating procedures that impact operations and program teams
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions.
- Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and product/engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.).
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks).
- Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager/owner mentality.


A day in the life
You will be solely responsible for creating, publishing and organizing standard operating procedures that impact multiple program and operational teams. You will use data and anecdotes to drive improvements to the overall brand owner experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives. You will be continuously learning about related programs within the organization to leverage synergies across multiple product teams.
