Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. As a Principal Product Manager - Tech, you will lead the charge in defining, inventing and launching ad solutions that will surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers. You will work with scientists, engineers, ops teams and designers to define the experience and technology required to deliver an advertising experience that is customer-obsessed, non-intrusive and engaging.

The ideal candidate has a passion for streaming and digital advertising and demonstrate product leadership skills by fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical and design counterparts. Experience in the advertising industry is a strong plus.
