The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. This role provides mechanical engineering expertise in complex automation environments, ensuring projects meet Amazon’s safety, timeline, cost, and quality standards. The Mechanical Integration Lead will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and operations to implement scalable solutions, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-impact results across large, multi-site programs.
