Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to customers and communities around the world. The Project Kuiper North America Consumer Business is looking for a talented individual to lead the Mexico consumer business. This role is responsible for launching, scaling, and operating the residential broadband service in Mexico—with full P&L responsibility. A successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrixed organization and adept at understanding how businesses work in Mexico. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technology savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially in consumer related products.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate go-to-market plans, business models, and distribution channels to launch the Project Kuiper residential broadband service in Mexico
- Analyze, develop, and recommend consumer service plans, solutions, and models
- Develop bottom-up business plans, pricing strategy, and demand forecasts
- Engage in technical business development efforts and contract negotiations required to launch residential broadband service
- Own service launch readiness and orchestrate end-to-end launch of consumer services in Mexico
- Once operational, own the P&L, meet revenue and profit goals, and deliver a fantastic customer experience
- Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders
- Prepare detailed business cases for justification of new opportunities
- Partner with legal, tax and regulatory to engage in business partnerships and local regulatory efforts
