- Experience writing and implementing SOPs
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. As an SSL Lab Engineer at SEA99, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement safety protocols, drive process improvements, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure lab operations meet quality standards and safety requirements.
Key job responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the SSL lab environment
Develop and maintain SOPs for lab operations and equipment
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Conduct root cause analysis for lab incidents and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate new hardware and software solutions
Train team members on proper lab procedures and safety protocols
Document technical issues, resolutions, and process changes
