- Experience in testing and QA environments
- Experience with mechanical systems
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools
- • Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical assembly of diverse equipment particularly Material Handling Equipment
- Experience Experience working with Material handling equipment (MHE), or experience in similar environments
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD experience and understanding of best practices for part design, and advanced assemblies
- Experience with project management
- • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- • Familiarity with quality management systems
- • Experience with 5S practices

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. We are seeking an experienced Lab Engineer with a strong mechanical background to join our testing laboratory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various testing equipment, transducers, data acquisition systems, and mechanical assembly capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute test procedures for mechanical and electromechanical systems
• Build, modify, and maintain test fixtures and equipment
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test equipment and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability
• Participate in the assembly of material handling equipment
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
