- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. The Talent Reviews team within ALX organization is seeking an experienced FEE II to build our next generation UX from the ground up. We are leveraging GenAI capabilities to simplify and streamline experiences as we reinvent the talent review experience that tens of thousands of leaders at all levels across Amazon participate in throughout the year.
