Front End Engineer II, Amazon Leadership Experience - Talent Reviews

- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
- 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. The Amazon Leadership Experience (ALX) org builds intelligent products that inform human judgement at scale. We productized ‘happy paths’, simplifying our processes and reducing manual effort. The Talent Reviews team within ALX organization is seeking an experienced FEE II to build our next generation UX from the ground up. We are leveraging GenAI capabilities to simplify and streamline experiences as we reinvent the talent review experience that tens of thousands of leaders at all levels across Amazon participate in throughout the year.

As a member of our team, you will learn about internal systems and processes that have a big impact on Amazon's culture, and you will have a direct seat at the table for influencing our direction as we brainstorm new ideas with our customers and build measurable experiments to test them out.
