- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a frontend engineer with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating software for other developers. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering new features and products, as well as a commitment to teamwork, initiative, and strong communication skills. Creating reliable, scalable, and high-performance products demands exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building scalable software products. This engineer will be driving the development of front-end applications that deliver a best-in-class user experience, partnering with product and design teams to build highly responsive, intuitive, and sleek experiences that will delight customers and set a high bar for all web applications.

In this role, this engineer will work closely with multiple partner teams to deliver products for AWS customers using modern frontend technologies like Next.js and React, while building scalable, maintainable architectures, and writing clean, readable code. The ideal candidate must thrive in an environment where priorities shift rapidly to meet the changing needs of our customers.
