Data Engineer II, FPDS Last Mile - Customer Integrations

- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with SQL
- Experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby

Key job responsibilities
• Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions with a flexible and adaptable data architecture.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of next generation data solutions from the ground up.
• Manage AWS resources including S3, Athena, Batch, lambda etc.
• Optimize automated processes for performance and fault tolerance.
• Optimize support for ad-hoc analysis across various data sources
• Collaborate with BI Engineers, Software Engineers, and cross-functionally to deliver high quality data architecture and pipelines.
• Make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable by applications and teams.

You have a strategic and long term view on architecting advanced data eco systems. You are experienced in building efficient and scalable data services and have the ability to integrate data systems with AWS tools and services to support a variety of customer use cases/applications.
