The Content Security team is seeking a Content Security Lead, EMEA, based in London. This role establishes the London hub and serves as the point of intake for Content Security needs across Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, Ads, and beyond. It holds primary accountability for EMEA productions and provides extended support to other regions, including US business teams that reach Content Security outside US working hours.

The role manages the protection of content, IP, and brand, working closely with internal business teams and external content creators. It delivers the full range of Content Security functions: security policies and standard operating procedures, security awareness training, screening events, leak and incident response, third-party and production facility assessment, and the secure content production lifecycle. The role is not scoped to a single function. It determines what is delivered locally and what draws on the capabilities of the central teams, and is accountable for the outcome either way.

This requires subject matter expertise in the content creation process and content-specific security frameworks, and the judgment to balance security outcomes against business enablement without escalating every decision. The role operates with limited local precedent and builds the mechanisms, working relationships, and coverage model leveraging central teams' capabilities. It is also a leading voice in raising the bar for content security standards within Amazon and across the broader Media and Entertainment industry.

A day in the life
The work follows the content slate, not a fixed schedule. We support many titles at once, each at a different stage. One day can include facilitating training for film crews, assessing a facility, auditing a vendor, and preparing screenings and embargo readiness for a title near release. Another day, you step back, look across requests for common themes, and build the standard operating procedures and mechanisms that scale the program. You partner with the US team to meet stakeholders' needs, prepare operational dashboards to measure and increase throughput, and provide written program updates for leadership review.

About the team
Diverse Experiences
Amazon Security values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the preferred qualifications and skills listed in the job description, we encourage candidates to apply. If your career is just starting, hasn’t followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, don’t let it stop you from applying.
