- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. The WW Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is looking for an innovative, results-oriented Communications Manager to define and drive the communication strategy and long-term priorities for our Leadership team. As Communications Manager, you will bring communications, leadership and business knowledge with end-to-end accountability. You will own the long-term vision and tenets that drive working backwards strategies. This Communications manager will work closely with LT, PR, and Legal to identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve internal/external communications from WW FBA. This is a role that requires frequent engagement with FBA leadership. In your career you must have demonstrated successful executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage the content strategy for the designated business unit, partnering with cross- functional teams to define key themes, messages, and channels;

- Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies;

- Translate nuanced and complex business topics into communications content and strategies that drives engagement with our FBA employees
